How to Prepare for Appointment

Please arrive for appointment with clean, moisterized, un- makeup-ed skin. And a zip up/button up for bridal or if you intend to change outfit.
If having hair services, please arrive with clean dry hair.

Which payment methods does Makeup with Mer accept?

No password required*
Cash; all cash, from all members of booking to be collected and placed in a sealed envelope, delivered at time of MWM's arrival to the booking.

Travel Fee

a Travel Fee of $0.50 Per KM *Outside of Durham Region* will be added in addition to service fees.

Cancellation Policy

A 25% deposit is due at the time of Bridal booking confirmations. Cancellations for Bridal events require 30 days notice. Cancellations for any other service require 24hrs notice or client will be charged 100% of appointment fee.
